Q: Can one access TimeStampFrequency using a non-Prosilica GenICam driver?
A: Yes. Using a direct GigEVision register write:
0x093C timestampfrequency high
0x0940 timestampfrequency low
Note this value is constant. It will not change for a camera (unless we did a major overhaul of camera firmware changing the clock timebase, but this has never occurred).
