If you want to send us a defective camera for repair, please observe the following:

If you purchased your camera from one of our distributors, please contact them to arrange your repair.

Distributors please collect all information from your customer and log in to be properly identified as a distributor.

If you purchased your camera directly from Allied Vision Technologies, please fill in the following form. The AVT support team will evaluate your request and respond with diagnostic requests or RMA authorization.
