AVT Direct FirePackage - for 1394a cameras

Supported cameras: Marlin, Guppy, Oscar and Dolphin

The AVT Direct FirePackage (DFP) only supports 1394a cameras and older Windows operating systems (pre Windows Vista). Besides that, the functions of this SDK regarding DirectShow, ActiveX and TWAIN support have been replaced by the AVT Direct Stream Package (DirectShow) and the AVT Active FirePackage (ActiveX and TWAIN). Therefore, the DFP is outdated and we recommend using one of the before mentioned SDKs - especially since these are also suitable for 1394b cameras and contemporary Windows operating systems.
