Support for AVT cameras

Currently all AVT 1394a and 1394b cameras can be used with Image-Pro Plus by utilizing the TWAIN interface provided with the AVT Active FirePackage.

Current restrictions:

Capture single images only, no interactive capture
AVT SmartFeatures can only be used via direct register access
No GigE Vision cameras supported
