Image Performance:

The Marlin's flexibility provides a solution.
If the Acquisition needs to happen with delay to the trigger event. The MARLIN allows the immediate start of exposure initialized by an external trigger without any significant latency. This greatly enhances the inter-camera synchronization of mulitple cameras.
Multi Shot:
Use 1 trigger to start the acquisition of an image sequence. The MARLIN processes the software controlled One Shot also asynchronously
Deferred Image Transfer:
Fully Control image processing workload on the bus and your PC. This gives you a chance to reduce hardware costs!
Connectivity and control:
Apart from its simple operation, the MARLIN offers a series of well-thoughtout trigger functions. For the hardware end of the connection to the process, two inputs and two outputs are available. Apart from the external trigger, image capturing via signal connection (e.g. Gate and trigger) is also possible.

AVT Fire Package:

» Gamma LUT
Freely programmable Contrast Behavior. One lookup table is programmable in the internal memory of the MARLIN and can be switched into the signal path as needed. LUTs can be created with a PC - for example with a standard program like Excel - and then easily loaded into the camera. The advantages of the MARLIN´s integrated lookup table become especially apparent during complex image processing tasks such as the creation of non-linear characteristic functions for the accentuation of different image levels (gamma LUT) or for the thresholding operations.

Storable User Profiles:
There are 3 User Profiles available to store the current settings of your camera.
Selected a profile of your choice and activate it on demand or automatically after power up.
Secure Image Signature:
With the Secure Image Signature, the Marlin provides helpful trigger information coded within or after the image:
